Instructor: Saturday Art School will be taught entirely by local Fairbanks artists: Todd Sherman, Clara Noomah, Karen Stomberg, Allison Juneau, Iris Sutton, and Madara Mason.

Co-Instructor: Stephanie Thompson is the staff manager at the Fairbanks Children's Museum. During her 5 years being a part of the organization she has assisted in a variety of classes and camps. Her favorite place at the museum is in the Imagineering Lab where all the creativity happens. Most days she will be in this room setting up an artistic environment and giving children the tools to make their dream projects.

Saturday Art School

Description: Saturday Art School is an opportunity to explore and practice a new art skill with a different professional artist each week. This six-week session features art lessons with six of Fairbanks’ finest artists! Students will discover various art concepts, work with diverse materials, and bring home fantastic creations each week. You do not want to miss out on our very first session of Saturday Art School. Spaces are limited. We have partnered with the Fairbanks Children’s Museum to offer this experience.
